SHRIMP NACHOS 
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili peppers, drained
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1/4 c. green onions, sliced
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
36 to 40 round tortilla chips

In large bowl combine cheese, chili peppers, olives, onion and mayonnaise. Gently fold in shrimp. Top each tortilla chip with rounded teaspoon of mixture, arrange on microwave safe platter and cook 1 to 2 minutes until cheese is melted. Makes 36 to 40 appetizer chips. 12 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
