DILLY BREAD 
1 c. cottage cheese
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. warm water

Mix together with a spoon cheese, egg, butter, sugar, salt, dill seed, and onion. Heat until lukewarm. Soften yeast in warm water and add to mixture. Add flour, one cup at a time, and mix well. Let rise 40 to 60 minutes. Punch down and place in a buttered 2 quart casserole. Let rise 30 minutes or more. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 or 40 minutes. Brush top with butter. Let cool in dish before removing. You may also divide dough in half for 2 casseroles.
