2 2/3 c. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil or melted butter
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. water

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Put in a 13"x9"x2" greased and then lightly floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the middle comes clean. Top with Shaving Cream Frosting.
