CREATIVE CARROTS | |
10 oz. pkg. of frozen baby carrots 2 c. water 2 tbsp. grated onion 2 tbsp. horseradish 1 c. JFG mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. cracker crumbs 2 tbsp. butter cut up paprika Cook carrots in water until tender. Drain and save 1/4 cup liquid. Combine next 5 ingredients with reserved liquid. Grease 8x8 dish and spoon carrots in, pouring sauce over the top. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings. |
