1 c. peeled zucchini, grated
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine zucchini, soda, sugar and butter. Add egg and beat into the mixture. Sift flour. Add spices, nuts and raisins, add to mixture and stir together well. Drop by teaspoons on greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees about 15 minutes. Makes about 30 cookies.
