NANCY'S CHEESY POTATO BAKE 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, room temperature
1 pt. jar Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 lb. box Velveeta cheese

Melt mayonnaise and cheese together in saucepan. Mix with hash browns. Put in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
