KATHY'S TWICE AS CHEESY POTATO
BAKE
 
6 med. potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
10 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 bunch green onion, chopped
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. bread crumbs

Scrub potatoes and cook in boiling water until tender. Cool. Peel and grate with coarse grater. Add cream cheese, onions, milk, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Turn into 13"x9" casserole. Smooth top and cover with mixture of melted butter and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
