1 c. Bisquick or Pancake Ready-Mix
2 tbsp. cornmeal
1 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. water
8 hot dogs & skewers

Place batter in glass. Skewer hot dog and dip into batter and deep fry in fat at 375 degrees for 2 to 3 minutes.
