PISTACHIO FLUFF 
1 1/2 sticks butter
45 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
Cool Whip

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix in crushed crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and cool. Beat milk, ice cream and pudding together. pour over cooled crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Top with Cool Whip.
