1 pkg. pistachio nutra-sweet Jello pudding, instant
1 lg. can crushed pineapple in own juice
1 (16 oz.) plain non-fat yogurt

Mix pineapple with juice, yogurt and dry instant pudding. Mix well and refrigerate. This can be put into a mold. Pretty at Christmas with maraschino cherries halved on top.

Equals 1 milk, 2 fats, 1 fruit. Total calories per serving: 40. Serves 6 to 8.
