CHICKEN-MUSHROOM BAKE 
2 1/2 lb. chicken (cut up)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. Lipton's dry onion soup mix

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange chicken skin-side up in a 13x9x2 inch baking pan lined with foil (this will help make clean up a bit easier). Mix mushroom soup and dry onion soup mix in a separate bowl; pour on chicken.

Add a little water (less than 1/4 cup) to make the gravy a smoother consistency. Cover tightly; bake approximately 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours (depending on your oven). Uncover and continue to bake until chicken is browned to your satisfaction. Yield: 4-6 servings.
