BAKED CHICKEN AND MUSHROOMS 
1 whole fryer chicken or your favorite chicken parts
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. jar or can of mushrooms or mushroom parts/pieces
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup

Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste or your favorite seasons i.e. seasoned salt, seasoned peppers, onion powder, and Accent to give chicken additional flavor. Place chicken in your favorite large baking dish. Add onions and mushrooms.

Mix well the two soups together and pour over chicken, covering all pieces. Cover baking dish with heavy duty aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes for browning. Chicken should be tender to touch.
