BAKED CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOM
SAUCE
 
4-6 chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
Bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 beaten egg
1 can golden mushroom soup
Steamed rice

Dip chicken in egg, then in bread crumbs. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees until done. Heat soup with 1/2 cup milk. Pour soup over chicken. Serve chicken and soup over rice. Delicious, fast and easy.
