BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. instant onion flakes
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 c. water
1 3/4 lb. bone in chicken breasts
Black pepper

Combine all ingredients except chicken and pepper in bowl. Mix well. Place chicken breasts over top of mixture. Sprinkle with pepper and cover. Cook for 15 minutes on high. Rearrange chicken. Cook for 28-30 minutes on simmer or until rice and chicken are done. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
