MUSHROOM-CHICKEN BAKE 
1 cut up fryer, skinned (I use chicken breasts)
1/2 c. commercial Italian salad dressing
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika, divided
1 (4 or 6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Place chicken in a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Pour dressing over chicken and baste. Sprinkle with pepper and 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Bake at 350 degrees F., uncovered, for 30 minutes. Turn chicken, add mushrooms; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining paprika. Bake an additional 30 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally. Yield: 4 servings.
