BAKED MUSHROOM MILANESE 
1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. hot water
3/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Grease small casserole dish. Wash mushrooms, trim stems and slice into dish. Sprinkle with parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and oil. Add hot water and sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned. Cover with foil last 10 minutes.

Serves 6.
