S.'S STUFFED SHRIMP 
10 extra lg. shrimp
1/2 lb. sm. shrimp, peeled
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. green top onions, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. minced onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. crushed seasoned bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten

Saute shrimp in butter until shrimp turns pink. Add onions and green pepper. Saute 5 minutes. Mix bread crumbs, salt, pepper and egg. Mix shrimp and bread mixture together. Add drops of water to moisten, if necessary.

Shell large shrimp. Leave the tail and butterfly 3/4 of the way up. Place stuffing on shrimp and brush with melted butter. Spray or oil a 9x12 inch baking dish. Place shrimp in single layer. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
