BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
1 c. flavored bread crumbs
1 stick butter
1/4 c. sherry
Dash onion salt (optional)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
10-12 lg. shrimp

Melt butter in saucepan. Add 1/4 cup sherry. Add bread crumbs and lemon juice. If mixture is too thin, add more bread crumbs until consistency is moist and can be formed.

Prepare shrimp by peeling and deveining. Rinse and pat dry. Top each shrimp with a pat of stuffing mixture. Arrange in glass pie plate or casserole dish. Broil in oven until shrimp are opaque and topping brown. Takes approximately 5-8 minutes. Serve with baked potato and salad.
