Mashed potatoes
1 lb. sausage meat (cooked and drained)
1 egg
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Salt, pepper, garlic salt (optional)

Put everything into potatoes except bread crumbs - mix well. In fry pan add butter to bread crumbs and brown. Take half of the mixture, place in pie pan (corning ware pan or glass oven dish). Pat down. Then place potatoes (with everything in it) on top of bread crumbs (finish with bread crumbs on top of that). Bake in oven 325 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes. Serve. Great side dish for any meat.
