SAUSAGE PIE 
1 lb. sausage
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. potatoes, diced
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1 pastry crust

Brown sausage in skillet. Drain off fat. Add vegetables. Simmer 10 minutes. Add flour and water. Mix. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
