GRANDMA ZASA'S SAUSAGE PIE 
5 lbs. bulk sausage
1 dozen eggs
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

CRUST:

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. Spry
1 egg, beaten slightly
5 tbsp. cold water

Cook meat and drain. Mix other ingredients. Set aside. Mix crust as you would a pie crust. Roll out and put in 9 x 13 inch oblong pan or 2 (10 inch) pie plates. Put in filling. You will have some left over crust; roll and make strips; cross top of filling with strips. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
