GRANDMA'S SAUSAGE PIE 
1/2 c. oil
9 eggs
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 3/4 c. flour
Pinch of salt

FILLING:

1 lb. Ricotta cheese
2 sticks pepperoni
3 lbs. Basket cheese
9 eggs
Salt, pepper, parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese to taste

Mix first 6 ingredients as you would a pie crust. Roll out dough and put either in a round, large baking dish or 9 x 13 inch oblong glass dish. Slice or have sliced pepperoni thin. Add all filling ingredients. Mix well by hand. Pour into crust. You will have some crust left over. Roll out and cut into strips; place criss-crossed over filling (if enough dough is left over, roll out and cover all of filling). Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
