1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple juice
4 c. grated apple
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Sm. can crushed pineapple, drained (use juice for Jello)
1 c. mini-marshmallows
1 c. whipped cream

Mix first 3 ingredients. Cool. Fold in the rest of the ingredients. Chill until set. May garnish with grated cheddar cheese. Make in 9 x 13 pan.
