APPLE SALAD 
2 boxes Jello, lemon or orange
3 c. boiling water
2 bananas, sliced
2 apples, chopped
1 can crushed pineapple, drained and save juice
1 container Cool Whip
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten

Mix Jello with water. Mix bananas, apples, and pineapple with Jello. Refrigerate until Jello sets. Mix pineapple juice with sugar, flour, and egg. Cook until thick. Let cool. Mix Cool Whip into cooked mixture and spread over Jello mixture until covered. Refrigerate.
