CRAB LOUIS 
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. minced parsley
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. horseradish
1 lb. crabmeat

Blend all ingredients but crabmeat. Toss lightly with crabmeat and chill. Serve in a lettuce cup or as a filling for avocado halves. Yield 4 servings.
