SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. fine crumb herb stuffing
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sour cream

Mix beef, egg, stuffing, nutmeg, 1/3 cup soup. Mix sour cream and remaining soup. Heat. Serve over meat balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour as a loaf.
