SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. bread crumbs
2/3 c. milk
2 tsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. parsley

Mix well. Make small balls and fry in butter to a golden brown. Put in saucepan and pour over the cream of mushroom soup, mixed with 1/2 cup of milk. Let simmer until done, then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of parsley. Add more milk, if necessary.
