CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 c. milk
6 eggs, beaten well
1/2 chopped onion
1/4 tsp. black pepper
12 long green chilies
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Brown meat. Add onions and spices. Layer meat and cheese and chilies. Top with eggs, flour and cheese beaten together. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
