GREEN PEA LOAF WITH CARROT SAUCE 
2 c. pea puree or 3 pkg. frozen peas, cooked and sieved
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter

Mix all together and bake in greased loaf pan in 375°F oven for 40 minutes.

Carrot Sauce:

2 c. carrots, cooked and sieved
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Durkee dressing

Season to taste. Cook until thick and pour over Green Pea Loaf when serving.
