PUNCH BOWL DESSERT 
1 box Duncan Hines pineapple supreme cake mix
2 lg. boxes instant vanilla pudding (I use sugar free)
2 cans pie filling (lite)
2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
2 (12 oz.) containers Cool whip
4 or 5 bananas
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 jar maraschino cherries or fresh blueberries, strawberries to garnish top

Blueberry, cherry or strawberry, whichever you choose.

Bake cake according to the directions on box.

Bake in a 9"x11" pan. Cool and then cut into 1" squares.

Mix pudding with milk, layer with layer of cake, pudding, portion of pie filling, crushed pineapple, layer of bananas, portion of container of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Repeat entire procedure. Top with nuts and fresh fruit if desired. Let stand overnight before serving.

Excellent dessert for a crowd, simply half the recipe if used for family only.
