CREAM CHEESE BARS 
CRUST:

2 sticks butter, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. nuts, chopped

Blend and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes using 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 Heath bars
