FRUITY BERRY MOUSSE 
3/4 c. boiling water
1 pkg. (4 serving size) sugar-free Jello (Triple Berry)
1 c. ice cubes
1 c. Cool Whip, thawed
1 c. fresh strawberries, sliced or fresh fruit

Pour boiling water into blender container. Add gelatin and blend at low speed until completely dissolved, about 1 minute. Add ice cubes and stir until ice is partially melted. Add whipped topping and blend at high speed 1 minute, or until ice is melted. Stir in fruit. Pour into individual glasses. Chill until set, at least 30 minutes. Garnish with additional fruit, if desired. Makes about 3 cups or 6 servings. 45 calories per serving.
