FRUIT SALAD 
2 (16 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
2 (16 oz.) cans Royal Anne cherries, pitted and drained
1 cup broken pecans
8 ozs. small marshmallows
2 (6 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
4 egg yolks, beaten
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup milk
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 pint whipping cream

Beat egg yolks; add sugar and milk. Place mixture into saucepan and add lemon juice. Boil until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Let cool and add whipped cream and pour over fruit mixture. Refrigerate until serving.
