CREAM CHEESE FILLING FOR PRUNES & DATES | |
2 tbsp. cream cheese 2 tbsp. milk 2 c. powdered sugar, without lump 1/2 tsp. vanilla Put the cream cheese in a bowl and let it soften at room temperature for half an hour. Stir in the milk a little at a time. Gradually add just enough powdered sugar to make a firm dough. Add the vanilla. Mix the batch thoroughly and knead it with your hands. Slit prune-date lengthwise and stuff with mixture. |
