CREAM CHEESE FILLING 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 50-60 minutes. Combine apricots, raisins and cover with boiling water for 30 minutes. Drain. Cream together butter, sugar, add beaten egg.

In separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt. Add mixture alternately with orange juice to butter mixture. Stir in apricots, raisins and walnuts. Pour 2/3 of batter in greased floured 9 x 5 2/3 inch pan - spread cream cheese filling over. Then top with remaining batter.

6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. egg

Blend sugar, creamed cheese and egg in food processor.
