OVEN BAKED STEW 
1 1/2 lb. stewing beef
3 tbsp. tapioca plus 1 tsp.
1 med. can tomato juice
1 lg. onion
4 carrots, cut up
5 lg. potatoes
2 stalks celery
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine and bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours.
