GYUVECH (OVEN BAKED STEW) 
2 lbs. beef, cubed
4 carrots, sliced
2 sticks celery, sliced
1/4 head cabbage, sliced thin
2 potatoes, cubed
1/2 c. cut green beans
1 onion, cut in pieces

Mix together well. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour 1 1/2 cups tomato juice over mixture. Cover pan with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 2 1/2 hours. Use a 9 x 12 x 2 inch pan. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
