1 1/2 lb. stew meat
2 carrots, sliced
1/2 sm. onion, sliced
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. minute tapioca
3 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 lg. potatoes, cubed
1 sm. can green beans
2 c. boiling water
4 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet (browning sauce)

Combine all ingredients and bake for 3-4 hours at 300 degrees or slow cook in crock pot all day.

At my bridal shower, guests had to bring family recipes. This was one of the recipes.
