OVEN BAKED STEW 
2 lb. stew meat, or fried and crumbled hamburger
2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Chopped onion, as desired
1 can stewed tomatoes or tomato sauce
1 can beef bouillon soup
1 stalk celery, chopped
5-6 carrots, chopped
4 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
4-5 potatoes, chopped
1 tsp. sugar

Mix together. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 3-4 hours. Do not remove cover during first 2 hours. Crock pot - cook at low at least 10 hours.
