COOL RANCH CHICKEN SALAD 
Cool and refreshing on a hot day!!

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1 cucumber, quartered
3 green onions, chopped
1 (2 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped into bite size pieces
1 (16 oz.) pkg. rotini pasta, cooked as directed
1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® dry Ranch dressing mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup dairy sour cream
salt and pepper, to taste

Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water, drain completely.

In large bowl combine chicken, cucumber, onion, black olives, red pepper and cooled pasta. Toss well.

In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, dairy sour cream and dressing mix. Mix well, add to pasta mix. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Chill in refrigerator for about a hour and serve!
