2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. unseasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. K.C. Masterpiece barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Place in 9x5 inch loaf pan. If desired, form a groove lengthwise along top of loaf (1/2 inch in depth), and pour in additional K.C. Masterpiece barbecue sauce. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.
