PARMESAN BISCUITS 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/3-1/2 c. buttermilk

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda in bowl. Stir in cheese. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in enough buttermilk to hold dough together. Knead dough slightly on lightly floured surface. Pat or roll to 1/2 inch thick. Cut out biscuits with 2 inch cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes until lightly brown.
