TEXAS HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. bag frozen cubed hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. onion

Mix above ingredients and put in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Serves 8 to 10.
