1 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. grated chocolate or chocolate chips

Shred or grate zucchini. Blend ingredients and bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Grease and flour pan before baking.
