STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Combine all. 1 1/4 c. salad oil

Make well in center of dry ingredients, add eggs and oil, stir until moistened. Stir in two 10 ounce packages frozen sliced strawberries, thawed and drained. Add 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans and blend. Put in lightly greased 8 inch loaves. Makes 3 loaves. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees (watch it).
