PECAN TOPPED SWEET POTATOES 
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter

Mix thoroughly with electric mixer and pour into buttered casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. plain flour
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1/3 c. butter

Mix all ingredients together and top potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
