HEAVENLY SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. orange Jello or lime (or sugar free)
1 c. boiling water
20 oz. can crushed pineapple lightly drained, unsweetened
1/2 c. cottage cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
Walnuts

Mix Jello with hot water. Chill until it has consistency of egg whites. Add pineapple. Beat until frothy. Add cottage cheese, Cool Whip and walnuts. Blend in gently. Chill until firm. Serve in ring mold.
