HEAVENLY APPLE SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 sm. bag marshmallows
1 c. cold water
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 lg. apples
1 c. pecans

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Add cold water. Refrigerate until thick. Add pineapple, apples and pecans. Refrigerate until firm.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 eggs
1 pkg. Dream Whip

In double boiler, cook eggs, sugar and lemon juice until thick. Let cool. Prepare Dream Whip as on package. Blend egg mixture and Dream Whip together. Spread over salad. Refrigerate.
