HAMBURGER GRAVY 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 to 2 c. water
2 carrots, sliced
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water

Brown ground beef and drain. Add onion soup mix and enough water to give it a "soupy" consistency. Add sliced carrots. Dissolve the flour in 1/2 cup water and mix with whisk (or until there are no lumps). Stir slowly into beef mixture. Stir thoroughly. Should have the consistency of gravy. Serve over potatoes, rice or noodles.
