HAMBURGER GRAVY 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. water
1/2 - 1 tsp. beef bouillon
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk + 2 tbsp. flour to thicken
Salt & Pepper to taste

Brown meat and onion in large fry pan until onion is tender; drain fat. Add water and bouillon. Mix milk, flour, salt and pepper, add slowly, stirring constantly. Thin if needed with milk. Very good with mashed potatoes or rice. Serves 4 to 6.
